6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to store user-specific data. Cookies are text files that are sent to our web server to your PC and stored there on your hard disk. Cookies do not become part of your system and can not do any harm.

There are two types of cookies: First-party cookies are created by our website, and third-party cookies are created by other websites (e.g. Google Analytics).
There are three categories of cookies: essential cookies to ensure basic functionality of the website, functional cookies to ensure website performance and targeted cookies to enhance the user experience. We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you allow this only in individual cases. You can always delete cookies that are already on your computer or disable cookies. A deletion of cookies by us is not technically possible. The procedure is different according to browser. If you generally do not allow us to use cookies (disable them via browser setting), some features and pages may not work as expected.

7. Web-Analyse-Tools: Google Analytics

This website uses Google Universal Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google uses cookies. The information generated by cookies on the use of this website by users are usually transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service. Web analysis is the collection, collection and analysis of data about the behavior of visitors to websites. Among other things, a web analysis service collects data on which website an affected person has come to a website (so-called referrers), which subpages of the website were accessed or how often and for which length of stay a subpage was viewed. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activity for the website operator and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.
We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This means that the IP address of the users will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there.

Users can prevent the storage of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly. You may also prevent the collection by Google of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

8. Google Maps

We include maps from the Google Maps service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, on our website. The processed data may include, but is not limited to, users' IP addresses and location data, but they are not collected without their consent (usually via the settings of their mobile devices). The data can be processed in the USA.
The Google Privacy Policy is available here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

9. Facebook

We use social plugins ("plugins") of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"). We use these on the basis of our legitimate interests (interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer) within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f. DSGVO.

Each time you visit one of the individual pages on our website on which a Facebook component (Facebook plug-in) has been integrated, your Internet browser will automatically be prompted by the respective Facebook component to download a representation of the corresponding Facebook component of Facebook. An overview of all Facebook plug-ins can be found at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/?locale=en_US.
If you are logged in to Facebook at the same time, Facebook recognizes with each visit to our website during the entire duration of each stay on our website, which specific bottom of our website you visit. This information is collected through the Facebook component and assigned by Facebook to the respective Facebook account of the data subject. If you press one of the integrated Facebook buttons on our website, for example the "like" button, or leave a comment, Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account and saves this personal data.
Facebook always receives information via the Facebook component that the person concerned has visited our website if a user is simultaneously logged in to Facebook at the time of access to our website; this takes place regardless of whether the user clicks on the Facebook component or not.
If you are a member of Facebook and you do not want Facebook to collect information about you through our website and associate it with your member data stored on Facebook, you must log out of Facebook and delete its cookies before using our website.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as the related rights and setting options for protecting the privacy of users, can be found in Facebook's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

We have a separate order processing contract with each processor named in this Privacy Policy. Contractors are permitted to process the data only in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, solely on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. Contractors are in any case subject to the security and confidentiality provisions of this privacy policy and applicable law.
Please note that some processors are located outside the EU and can access and process your personal information from there. In the case of a transfer outside the EU, we only use those processors who comply with the DSGVO (Privacy Shield) to ensure that your personal information is sufficiently protected when accessed and processed there.
